SM Digital provided a broad suite of digital services to Liberty Medical, ranging from the creation of the company’s new corporate website, mobile device optimized content, onsite digital screens for KPI’s indicators, responsive landing pages and PPC campaigns management. Liberty Medical was recently acquired by Edgepark Medical Supplies.

Business challenge
Liberty Medical was in the process of re-launching their SEM campaign after a company-wide strategy change. The issue was that previous campaign sourcing, tracking and reporting was almost non-existent and their goal was to be able to drive a successful pilot campaign that could help them build up the team and make projections for staffing, technology, budget allocation and sales based on historical marketing metrics.

In order to be able to guarantee a smooth integration for sourcing, tracking, managing and reporting, the strategy was to implement a 3-month Pilot campaign built from the ground up to identify the key marketing metrics/drivers, utilizing some of their existing assets as a baseline, while introducing new ones to produce better KPI.
