I get to make real connections with teammates from different sides of the world, hence working remotely is never a boring place to work here at SMDigital. I found a home, I found peace, I found family.
My first week of training was an awesome experience. The training was informative and instructive. I also enjoyed the question and answer session of the training. Though I admit that I am still struggling with the process, Ms. Cherryl's patience during the training helped me a lot to be more persistent.
I have found a safe workplace wherein my voice is being heard and our management does not treat us as an employee but rather as a teammate who contributes to the growth of the company. I get to have work and life balance and I can say I am at my happiest right now.
I love how this company appreciates the small things that you do and they always give you that confidence and support to be at your best in delivering your work.
It's already been a year since I joined SMDigital Partners and I can say that this is the best company I've ever worked with. It is about working from your home without risking the health of your family and no longer commuting. This helped me save more money not going to the office. SMDigital is a company that has a WORK-Life balance.
I would always be thankful to SMDigital for giving me the opportunity to be part of the team. I never felt left out of the group because they are so accommodating - I can always feel the camaraderie. One thing that I like most is that the management is very open to suggestions and gives encouragement to everyone. I must say that I am very lucky and blessed to be part of the team!
SMDigital is not like any other company. It's really difficult to find a company that would value your hard work and supports your career growth. We all know that working alone virtually is really hard but not with SMDigital. I never felt that I am working alone since everyone is approachable and supportive.
