Based in Texas and serving the entire United States, Pur is a natural juice company offering the finest and freshest cold-pressed juices. Not happy with the results from their current agency, they approached SMDigital expecting better site performance, transparent reporting and ultimately – increased revenue.
After facing a poor experience with previous agencies that were not delivering the expected results from a variety of digital channels, our primary challenge from PUR was restructuring their ad accounts, and focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) throughout their site. But, In order for us to help increase their sales responsibly, we had to update and implement new tracking and measurement tools in order to produce accurate KPI's - most importantly, cost per acquisition and cost per average sale.
Strategic, creative and operational, adding ongoing data analysis to update and make changes on the fly to improve performance. Our Media Team included new programming for dynamic remarketing and better tracking for sales attribution which yielded an impressive ROAS (return on ad spend). Our Programming and Technical Teams concentrated on monitoring and optimizing the Google Merchant Center's Shopping Feed enhancing product titles, descriptions, tags and imagery.
Through copy-driven ads we created different, compelling and straightforward branded and promotional Search, Display and Remarketing ads with precise keywords at the top of mind. We implemented the brands’ tone, language and personalized product and lifestyle photography to the mix.
We developed an advertising approach based on campaign optimization with a slight increase of the original budget. We created Google Ad campaigns using our unique methodology tailored to PUR.
