Report Media Analyst

  • Work with the team to optimize processes in favor of management agility and client results. (Clients located in the USA – All communications are in English)
  • Coordinate with the technical team the items required for proper campaign tracking.
  • Manage asset approvals. Identify account growth opportunities.
  • Provide support in the preparation of monthly, weekly, and/or biweekly client reports, as well as in the management and analysis of internal tools.
  • Education
    • Professional degree in Administration, Advertising, Communication, or related fields
  • Knowledge
    • English level B2 (verbal and written) or higher.
    • Knowledge in managing digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter.)
    • Experience in data analysis and user behavior in Google Analytics.
    • Knowledge in lead acquisition processes, conversion funnel optimization, and analytics.
    • Report creation in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Supermetrics.
    • Desirable experience in account management in a bilingual and customer service-based work environment.
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in digital marketing and media areas.

  • Pre-Producción
    • Monitor and optimize each media plan.
    • Generate the respective reports and analyses that allow for evidence of results.
    • Coordinate with the metrics team the items required for proper campaign tracking.
    • Work together with the strategy and production team to coordinate the creation of text and graphic ads for campaigns.
    • Manage asset approvals.
  • Production
    • Create campaigns on specific channels (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social Media, among others).
    • Perform the corresponding tests to ensure the proper execution, control, and measurement of the campaign.
    • Monitor the execution of campaigns and make adjustments if necessary.
    • Ensure optimization of response times.
    • Establish documentation policies and information management.
  • Support/Administration
    • Generate the required information for statistical extraction.
    • General accompaniment to media area processes.
    • Support the work of establishing necessary processes and control systems to ensure proper company operation.
    • Support investigative processes to keep SM Digital at the technological forefront.
  • Responsibilities on Management of Safety and Health at Work
    • Know and have a clear understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy. Take comprehensive care of their health.
    • Provide clear, complete, and truthful information about their health status. Comply with the company’s own safety and hygiene regulations.
