Perfil Media Analyst

  • Implementation of digital plans focused on lead generation.
  • Work with the team to optimize processes for the agility of management and client results. (Clients located in the USA – All communications are in English)
  • Coordinate with the technical team the items required for proper tracking of campaigns.
  • Manage asset approvals.
  • Communication with the client related to campaign performance and strengthening the relationship.
  • Identify account growth opportunities.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, weekly and/or biweekly reports for clients as well as in the handling and analysis of internal tools.
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
  • Skills
    • English proficiency at B2 level (verbal and written).
    • Knowledge of planning and management of digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Experience with data analysis and user behavior in Google Analytics.
    • Knowledge of lead generation processes, conversion funnel optimization, and analytics.
    • Experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Supermetrics.
    • Desirable experience in managing accounts in a bilingual and customer service-oriented work environment.

    • 2 years of experience in digital marketing and media-related areas.

  • Pre-Production
    • Participate in the media plans of our clients, collaborating with the sales team and the client themselves.
    • Implement the media plans offered to clients.
    • Monitor and optimize each of the media plans.
    • Generate the reports and analyses that demonstrate the results.
    • Coordinate with the metrics team the items required for proper tracking of campaigns.
    • Work together with the strategy and production team to coordinate the creation of text and graphic ads for campaigns.
    • Manage asset approvals.
  • Production
    • Create campaigns in specific channels (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social Media, among others).
    • Perform corresponding tests to ensure correct execution, control, and measurement of the campaign.
    • Monitor the execution of the campaigns and make adjustments if necessary.
    • Ensure optimization of response times.
    • Establish documentation policies and information management.
  • Support/Administration
    • Generate the required information for extracting statistics.
    • Provide general support to media processes.
    • Assist in establishing necessary control systems and processes to ensure proper company operation.
    • Support investigative processes to keep SM Digital at the forefront of technology.
