Senior Media Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Media Analyst with a strong background in paid advertising, organic content to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with clients, and has a passion for turning insights into actionable results.

As a key member of our team, you’ll support both client initiatives and internal agency goals, ensuring performance, alignment, and growth across the board.

  • 4+ years of experience in paid advertising, managing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic.
  • 3+ years of experience in organic marketing, including establishing strategy, following brand guidelines, identifying market and trend opportunities, and proposing content ideas.
  • Experience managing reporting platforms, including Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Supermetrics, and Google Analytics.
  • 4+ years of experience assisting in conversion tracking setup for platforms such as GA4 (Events), Google Ads, Meta Pixel/API, and Google Tag Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, where the candidate must feel comfortable presenting reports, answering client questions, and discussing initiatives.
  • Commercial experience, including developing strategies and pitches for current and potential clients to help grow agency services and revenue.
  • 2+ years of experience managing CRM systems, process workflows, and databases, including the use of data scraping tools.
  • 1+ year of experience in email marketing, developing content based on client and user needs.
  • Extensive experience with Meta Business Suite, including Business Manager setup, audience targeting, account verification, and knowledge of Facebook policies and restrictions.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and Google policies, ensuring all platform assets remain compliant with guidelines.
  • Experience with platforms such as SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Trends, CallTrackingMetrics, and Inspectlet is a plus.
  • Creative and analytical thinker, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs, with the ability to analyze performance and develop action plans based on results.
  • Team player, able to manage cross-functional teams with varying priorities and needs.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, with different goals and data sources.
  • Experience handling high monthly budgets, typically $11,000 or more.
  • Highly responsible, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • A project leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, follow up with production and creative teams, and ensure timelines are met.
  • An organized professional who understands how to manage budgets, workflows, performance metrics, and deliverables across multiple accounts.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage Google Ads accounts, including budget allocation, audience targeting, optimizations, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage Facebook Ads accounts, covering audience segmentation, Pixel setup, lead forms, campaign creation, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Oversee Meta Business Manager, including account setup, scheduling content, managing Facebook forms, responding to comments, and page moderation.
  • Manage Nextdoor Ads accounts, including setup, audience building, Pixel integration, lead form configuration, and campaign optimization.
  • Design monthly organic and paid content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, proper grammar, and performance objectives. Review progress and deliver a final content calendar.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, evaluating ad budgets, keywords, market trends, suggested content, campaign structures, and creatives.
  • Monitor lead quality by reviewing CRM entries, listening to recorded calls, maintaining client communication, and generating reports based on findings.
  • Develop monthly performance reports using Supermetrics, Looker Studio , and Bunker to present clear, data-driven insights.
  • Ensure consistent account growth, lead quality, and alignment with client goals and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities for existing and prospective clients, and develop strategic presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Support the Commercial team on client and agency growth initiatives.
  • Schedule and deploy emails, social media posts, and SEO content to meet monthly content objectives.
  • Maintain fluid, consistent communication with clients and partners, including Bunker, Google, Meta, SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign, and others.
  • Monitor current market trends and content, ensuring timely implementation and adaptation across all managed accounts.
  • Manage and coordinate client requests, acting as the main point of contact—even when execution is handled by the production team—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on production and copywriting tasks to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery according to project deadlines.
  • Ensure any work outside the scope of services is properly reviewed and billed in accordance with agency guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and billing team to verify accurate invoicing and payments based on the agreed-upon strategy and services provided.
