  • Research / identify strategic clients

  • Initiate contact, network, and develop a personal communication strategy in order to facilitate appointments.

  • Participate in Sales / Pitch conference calls with Senior Management

  • Visit/Call prospects to present the company and introduce services

  • Develop quotes and customized business solutions for New Clients

  • Present proposals to Prospect and Clients

  • Follow up on proposals

  • Close Deals and Nurture relationships

  • Manage the development, timelines, check points and deliverables with our Project Manager(s) and any other key teammates in the execution of Client projects.

  • Develop improvement strategies

  • Identify different ways to increase sales and/or marketing objectives

  • Above all, ensure that our Clients get Results from our digital solutions

To be Considered, You Must:


Must have a four-year college degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Digital Communications or any other specialization with a strong Advertising or Marketing background.

Requirements / Knowledge

  • 5-7 years in sales and marketing and/or advertising within a traditional and/or digital agency

  • 2-3 years experience developing, selling and implementing digital marketing strategies.

  • 2-3 years of team lead / supervisory and/or management of several Account Executives (a plus)

  • Be Passionate about Digital Marketing

  • Demonstrate Fluency in English (Spanish a HUGE plus)

  • Have excellent internet and Social Media expertise

  • Be comfortable pitching new ideas and taking risks

  • Demonstrate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have a strong understanding of CRM-PM usage as a tool ( and Basecamp)

  • Be familiar with design / internet / technology vocabulary (GUI, API, CPL, CPM, CPA, etc.)

  • Have exceptional personal presentation and communication skills

  • Have a secondary goal to build upon your Sales Skills

  • Be customer-service oriented

  • Want to learn, and be a quick learner

  • Exude positivity, a glass is half full approach and a smile
